Laser Cutting

Our Mazak Optiplex 3015 4KW Laser cutter enables us to cut materials more quickly and accurately than ever before.  It can process sheets up to 5ft x 10ft, and has a 2-pallet changer design reducing down time which translates to cost savings for our customers.

The precision edge quality achieved with laser cutting machines is better than traditional cutting methods, because the beam will not wear during the cutting process.  Laser cutting technology also enables us to cut complex shapes, without the need for tooling, at a similar or faster speed than other cutting methods.

The fact that it offers reduced contamination of the workpiece presents certain advantages over traditional, mechanical cutting techniques.  We are now able to cut small diameter holes, with complex detail, and good edge quality in sheet and plate.
